Sourcing and Development:
Majority of our contract Manufactures have ISO9001,2000, etc certificates and have been in the OEM industry for at least 8 years with outstanding tracking records in producing quality products for US, European and Japanese markets.

Mature product outsourcing
We will identify companies in China that able to produce matching products with lower cost to meet our clients cost goal. Seipo's well connected and skilled in cost negotiation.

Novel product development
Clients treat Seipo as their R&D extension. Our technical team can smooth out the development process along with clients and factory to invent concepts and implement solutions in new product production. We provide design, prototyping and small pilot run before volume production is confirmed.
As fundamental business conduct, we strictly adhere to IP law and non-disclosure regulation and have approaches to guarantee implementation.

A working procedure:
Stage 1: Clients provide detailed description of the parts. They can be new developing parts, matured production parts or second supplier sourcing on same parts.

Stage 2: Seipo provides clients with information related to sourcing, such as drawings, annual order quantity, quality requirement and time of delivery.

Stage 3: Seipo identifies the most qualified manufacturer for the specific production. Most of requests are fulfilled within 2 weeks. Some highly specialized products / services may take longer.

Stage 4: Upon customers approval on factories quotations, quality and delivery, Seipo arranges and coordinates productions, quality assurance, supply chain and logistics. Seipo monitors progress of projects. Seipo also carries out products shipment to ensure on-time delivery
